Cardio Kick and Punch with DC
Burn Calories with an Attitude

Time to put on the gloves (gloves provided by High Road) for a cardio, callisthenic combo that will get your lungs pumping & your muscles burning. Cardio Kick & Punch warms you up with cardio kicking & punching and the art of connecting with the focus mitts in tandem with a fast paced set of calisthenics; Then cools you down with controlled stretching. This workout will strengthen muscles and burn calories, while improving quickness and hand eye coordination.

Circuit Training on the Clock

The Gauntlet is circuit training, on the clock, at its very best. Strength equipment and array of martial arts bags, reformer core exercises and cardio equipment come at you in a combination that you've never experienced before. The Gauntlet is a full body-toning workout with an emphasis on burning calories
